Pen+Sprayer Device

This is an interesting product that I can see using at work, school or home. However there are some issues I would raise if this came to existence - such as
what type of surfaces can it be used on? how many times before the spray content runs out? is the pen refillable? is the chemical toxic? is the paper biodegradable or recyclable?
No doubt, the concept is unique but I'm sure there are safer alternatives that everyone already knows how to use, for example, carry a pack of post-it with a pen.
